The addition of RentCheck underpins Urban HUB’s mission to provide a collaborative community for New Orleans’ most vibrant individuals and teams while offering a setting that enables companies to continue to grow their businesses.
Marco Nelson, co-founder of RentCheck along with Lydia Winkler, commented that Urban HUB provides “the ultimate flexibility” when it comes to lease terms. This ability to remain nimble is vital for a company that plans to add team members in the near-term and ultimately graduate to a longer-term, more standalone office solution. Tenant capacity is currently regulated to abide by COVID guidelines in New Orleans, and regular cleaning/sanitation measures have been implemented in order to maintain a safe working environment.
